Software developer and radio engineer, I was born in Russia, city of Nizhny Novgorod, the capital of river Volga.

Received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Radio Engineering in 1981 and M.S. in Computer Sciences in 2001 from Technical University of Nizhny Novgorod.

Participated in 9 ocean expeditions in Pacific, Indian and Atlantic ocean. Worked in or visited 15 countries over the world.

Over 15 years of experience in developing software for telecommunications, embedded systems and networking.
